If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected or refused, we will refund the order less the original shipping charges.

FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA FOR ORDERS OF $150 AND MORE (before taxes)
Lashes by Tini offers free standard domestic shipping to all provinces in Canada on orders over $150 before taxes. Otherwise, standard domestic shipping is only $12.

In-stock orders received before 3pm Monday through Friday (EST) will ship the same day, unless there is a problem verifying payment information, a holiday, or payment was made using a Paypal eCheck.

PACKAGE RETURN FEES
In the event that an order is returned to us due to an address error on your part, you will have to pay the cost of reshipping it, even if the shipping costs of the initial order were free. Thank you for your understanding.
CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada (including the United States), you may have to pay duties and taxes to your country's government. This is because you are importing goods from a foreign country into your own country.
Lashes by Tini does not assess or collect these duties and taxes on your behalf. Please contact your country's customs office to obtain an estimate of what duties and taxes, if any, you will be required to pay.
We cannot and will not alter, falsify, misrepresent or otherwise undervalue the declared value of an international shipment. The total amount of the items purchased will be noted on the customs declaration.
In addition to duties and taxes, you may be required to pay additional brokerage fees to your country's postal system (if your order is shipped via our International Standard or International Standard Plus shipping methods). This fee, which is neither estimated nor collected by Lashes by Tini on your behalf, covers the carrier's cost to expedite the clearance of your shipment through your country's customs process. Typical brokerage fees average $10.00 - $20.00 USD. Check with your local post office to estimate what brokerage fees, if any, you will be required to pay.
If you fail to pay any duties, taxes or brokerage fees, in many cases the package will be destroyed by your country's customs office and will not be returned to us. In such cases, we will not issue a refund. We can only issue refunds for packages that are returned to us.
